Terms of Service
Terms of Service
Last updated: 16 May 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Imagine Anything website, applications and related services (collectively, the “Service”) operated by Imagine Anything (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account, purchasing credits or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
If you use the Service on behalf of a school, organisation or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity, and “you” includes that entity.
2. The Service
Imagine Anything provides online tools to create printable and digital educational resources, including worksheets, colouring pages, homework sheets, storybooks, word searches and related classroom materials, using account-based access, credit balances and AI-assisted generation features. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. We may refuse registration, reclaim usernames or limit accounts where permitted by law.
The Service is intended for use by adults, teachers, schools, parents and guardians. Where pupils use outputs created through the Service, the supervising adult or institution is responsible for appropriate classroom use and any required consents.
4. Subscriptions, credits and payments
Certain features require paid credits or organisation plans. Prices, bundles and credit consumption rules are shown at checkout or in-product and may change with notice where required. Payments are processed by third-party providers such as Stripe; their terms may also apply.
Except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise, fees are non-refundable once credits are issued or used, including where an account is suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms. Unused credits may be forfeited on termination. Chargebacks or payment disputes made in bad faith may result in account closure.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service lawfully and only for purposes consistent with family-friendly educational content. You must not, and must not attempt to:
- circumvent or defeat safety controls, guardrails, moderation, rate limits, credit systems, access restrictions or other technical or policy limits;
- probe, scrape or reverse engineer the Service except as allowed by applicable law;
- upload, generate, store, share or distribute harmful, violent, hateful, harassing, defamatory, illegal or otherwise objectionable material;
- create, request or distribute sexual, sexually suggestive, pornographic or otherwise adult-oriented material;
- create, request or distribute political campaign materials, partisan propaganda, electioneering content or material primarily intended to influence political opinion or civic processes;
- infringe intellectual property, privacy or other rights of any person;
- introduce malware, interfere with the Service or other users, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation;
- resell, sublicense or commercially exploit the Service itself without our written permission.
We use automated and manual review to enforce these rules. A blocked prompt or generation does not entitle you to a refund of credits consumed in the attempt, where our systems permit such consumption.
6. Suspension and termination
We may warn, restrict, suspend or terminate your account or organisation access immediately, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, pose a risk to the Service or other users, or where required by law.
Without limiting the above, we may terminate your account without refund of any fees or unused credits if you persistently:
- attempt to circumvent controls, guardrails or usage limits;
- generate or attempt to generate harmful, violent, hateful, illegal or otherwise prohibited material;
- generate or attempt to generate sexual, sexually suggestive or adult-oriented material; or
- generate or attempt to generate political campaign, partisan or electioneering material.
On termination, your right to access the Service ends. We may delete or disable stored content and account data subject to our Privacy Policy and legal obligations. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
You may stop using the Service at any time. Closure of your account does not automatically entitle you to refunds except where required by law.
7. Your content
You retain ownership of prompts, uploads and other materials you submit (“User Content”), subject to third-party rights. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, process, reproduce, display and use User Content solely to operate, secure and improve the Service, enforce these Terms and comply with law.
You represent that you have all rights needed to submit User Content and that it does not violate these Terms or applicable law.
8. Generated output and AI
Outputs are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for your intended use. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before classroom, publication or other use. We do not guarantee that outputs are unique, error-free, non-infringing or appropriate for every audience.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and applicable law, we grant you a limited licence to use outputs you lawfully generate through your account for personal, educational or internal organisational purposes. We may restrict use of the Service or outputs where misuse is suspected.
9. Our intellectual property
The Service, including software, branding, design and documentation, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited rights expressly granted in these Terms, no rights are granted to you.
10. Third-party services
The Service relies on third-party infrastructure, authentication, analytics, AI and payment providers. Their services are subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.
11. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and quiet enjoyment.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill or business opportunity, arising from or related to the Service or these Terms.
Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms is limited to the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) fifty pounds sterling (£50), except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law (including death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).
13. Indemnity
You will defend, indemnify and hold harmless Imagine Anything and its officers, directors, employees and agents from claims, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, your outputs, or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Material changes may also be notified by email or in-product notice where appropriate. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers resident in other jurisdictions may have mandatory rights under local law that cannot be waived by contract.
16. Contact
Questions about these Terms may be sent using the support or contact details provided on the website.
